  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Carefully pack your crystals and fashion items in their original protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
